High court notice for Kareena Kapoor as a result of using religious terms

Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor is in new trouble. High court notice for Kareena Kapoor arises as a result of using religious terms in pregnancy book. She received a legal notice from the Madhya Pradesh High Court. The notice has been issued for using biblical terms in a book that was released 3 years ago by Kareena Kapoor. The controversy has started from the title of her book. Kareena Kapoor has shared her pregnancy experience through that book. The title of that book was ‘Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Pregnancy Bible’. 

Kareena Kapoor Khan launched the book after the birth of her child. Some Christian social activities from Jabalpur of Madhya Pradesh knocked on the door of the High Court for using the word ‘Bible’ in the title of that book. After getting this complaint the court sent a legal notice to Kareena Kapoor. 

High court notice for Kareena Kapoor and ask for a reply 

Kareena Kapoor Khan launched the book ‘Kareena Kapoor Khan Pregnancy Bible: The Ultimate Manual for Moms-to-be’ in 2021. Christian social activists protested for using the word Bible in the title of that book and High court notice for Kareena Kapoor issued by MP high court.  According to them, Kareena Kapoor Has hurt the sentiments of the community. A lawyer Christopher Antony filed a petition for this case in Madhya Pradesh High Court. After that, the high court issued an illegal notice to Kareena Kapoor and also asked her to reply within 7 days. 

The petitioners said an FIR should be registered against Kareena Kapoor for using the word Bible in her book. They also demanded that this book should be banned for this matter. The Christian community accused Kareena Kapoor of hurting their sentiment to gain very cheap popularity Because the Bible is the holy book for the Christian community and Kareena Kapoor Khan compared her pregnancy with that book. 

The case was refused by police at first 

A High court notice for Kareena Kapoor was issued for using the wrong term in her book but at first, this case was refused by police. The petitioner said that at first, he approved the local police station to register an FIR against the actress but the police refused that. Getting refused by the police the case was also approached in a lower case but when nothing happened, they lodged a file in the High Court. Justice Gurpal Singh Ahluwalia of the high court asked for an answer from Kareena. This matter should be heard on 1st July 2024.
