After Completing her B.Com degree she did MBA in 2007 and also worked as a teacher. When Radhika was doing BCom Degree, she also auditioned for films and started working in TV serials. She worked on lots of Kannada TV serials and also did advertisements for several brands. We also can see her in some Malayalam films.

Radhika also worked in many films and won Filmfare Awards. Then she takes a break from the films after working for lots of time. In 2017 Radhika got engaged with South superstar Yash and then she focused on her personal life.

Radhika and Yash first met in 2004 on the set of a TV show. After that, we dated each other for several years and then got married. Radhika is two years older than her husband Yash. Presently the actress is enjoying the title of a housewife.
