When Jitendra Kumar asked about it, he said “There was a lot of panic and I could see that all over social media. The last season ended on Abhishek’s transfer and that also spurred the buzz further. There was a misunderstanding, and honestly, main bhi pareshan ho jata tha (I would get troubled) answering the same questions. At one point, I was like aur mat poochon, bandh karo yeh (don’t ask about it, end it now)”

He also added “Given I have had a long association with TVF, people were worried about what went wrong. I understood it’s their love and we just waited for the first trailer to end all speculations.”

Jitendra Kumar and TVF relation

Jitendra Kumar who grabbed the attention of the audience through his acting quality in Panchayat started his career through a supporting role in TVF’s show Permanent Roommates.

It was in 2014. Many people consider this show as the first web series of India. Then he also worked as a pitcher. Then he also worked in lots of TVF shows and grabbed eyeballs with the prime video original show Panchayat in 2020.

Jitendra also worked in Bollywood. One of his popular Bollywood movies is Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan in the opposite role of Aayushman Khurrana.
