OTT release of crew movie: Know the date, platform 

After a great success in the theatres OTT release of crew movie is all set to premiere. Crew movie will premiere on the Netflix OTT platform on 24th May, 2024. Netflix India took their Instagram handle to announce this news officially. Netflix platform wrote the caption with the announcement that “Consider our hearts (and sona) officially stolen. Crew is landing on Netflix at midnight!”

This film was released in theatres on 29th March 2024. Crew movie features Kareena Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Tabu in the leading roles. Netflix’s official Instagram handle shared the promo of this film while announcing its OTT release updates. 

Crew movie is mainly a comedy genre movie. It gained commercial success from the theatre. It earned more than 85 crores from India and 150 crores from the global box office. This movie is based upon the life of Vijay Mallya who is a famous businessman and the owner of Kingfisher airline. The gap between the OTT release of Crew movie and its theatrical release is 8 weeks.

The OTT release of crew movie is at the doorstep but people are curious about its plots before watching it on Netflix. Crew is a movie that revolves around the life of 3 flight attendant women. All of them have different backgrounds but coincidently they faced the same financial crisis.

At a turning point in their life, those 3 flight attendants decided to earn money by smuggling after their airline. The name of their airline company is Kohinoor Airlines which goes bankrupt. The climax of Crew features the victorious journey of 3 women.

Casting of Crew movie

The casting of the Crew movie is alluring. It features Kriti Sanon as Divya, Tabu as Geeta, and Kareena Kapoor as Jasmine. The character of a customs officer is played by Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma played the role of Tabu’s husband, Arun Sethy.

The most interesting part of this movie is the character of Vijay Maliya played by Saswata Chatterjee. The crew also features Rajesh Sharma as Pruthviraj Mittal.
